For the past five years, I have been immersing myself in the world of late medieval and early modern Europe. Join me on my research journey.

I am a maker of many things, but mostly of fashion. My main area of research is life in the Duchy of Burgundy in the third quarter of the fifteenth century, but I love to learn about all things medieval, so there will be content of all kinds here. I want to be able to share more about my research process, living history experiments and discoveries in all things medieval and early modern.

I go by Noble Henric van den Casteele in the Society for Creative Anachronism, but you can call me Henric.
